Do we offer mock up services?
This shop offers mock up services to allow potential customers to see what their final product will look like, before placing an order. Mock ups are digital representatives of physical products. Due to their digital nature, colors, sizing, and placement may vary slightly.
Mock up services cost a small nominal fee of $5 for time and will be invoiced prior to placing a full order. Once paid, the mock up will be created and provided to the customer within 48 business hours for review.
One set of modifications is included in the mock up pricing.
The mock up fee will be applied to the customer's final invoice if an order is placed. If an order is not placed, the mock up fee is non-refundable.
What is the turn around time to complete an order?
We strive to complete all orders within 5 business days once payment is made in full. We take pride and time in completing customer orders exactly how you want it -- so please understand that custom and bulk orders may require a slightly longer turn around time.
Do we offer rush order services?
This shop offers rush order services. Any order requested to be complete and shipped in less than five business days is considered a rush order. A 20% rush order fee, based on the purchase price, will be added to all rush orders. A 50% rush order fee, based on the purchase price, will be added to all rush orders with a 2 day turnaround time. A 100% rush order fee, based on the purchase price, will be added to all same day rush orders. The customer is financially responsible for all rush shipping fees as well.
